At Serenity Bay Spa we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Please be advised of our company policies and procedures described below. Our policies have been designed to ensure you enjoy a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us!

Booking Appointments
Please call us at 732-458-6460 to book all appointments. Currently, appointments cannot be booked online.

Confirmation
You will be called one to two days prior to confirm your appointment

Arrival
We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Punctuality
If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options: You may opt to shorten your treatment or Rebook your time;

Cancellation Policy
Serenity Bay Spa understands that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notification of cancellation or you  may automatically be charged 100% of your scheduled treatment.

Payment Information
We accept all credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MC and Discover) as well as cash, money orders, debit cards, and Serenity Bay Spa Gift Certificates.

Gratuities
The industry standard is between 15-20%; however it is completely at your discretion.

Children
Please be aware that although we at Serenity Bay Spa love children, our facility is not able to accommodate them comfortably. In addition, we prefer to keep the atmosphere as peaceful and as quiet as possible to ensure the most relaxing experience with us. We request that you leave children under the age of 12 at home if you are going to be receiving service at the spa.

Cell Phones
To preserve the tranquility of the spa we respectfully request that all cell phones be turned off when you enter the spa.

Packages and Series Treatments
When you purchase a package or a series of treatments with us, you will receive a discounted price. These packages are not refundable; however we offer three choices if your plan changes:
- Exchange the balance owed for products
- Apply the balance toward a gift certificate
- Give your series to a family member or friend

Products
Due to the specialized and personal nature of our products, they are not refundable.

Gift Certificate
Our unique “Message in a Bottle” gift certificate can be purchased at the front desk or by calling (732) 458-6460. They are valid up to one year from the date of purchase.
